GPS tracking of any mobile phone- know the location of the mobile phone inputting the mobile number

This is amazing! A GPS site where you can type in a mobile phone number and it finds exactly where the location

person is (assuming the mobile is switched on).

Try it out – it’s pretty accurate.

Put in the first 4 digits in the first fields, and the remaining digits in the other field.

Robot that blogs— PaPeRo

The NEC Corporation has announced the development of a new multimedia blog creation system robot “PaPeRo” which can connect to the Internet and maintain a blog about its daily experiences.

“The system is initialized when a user begins a conversation with PaPeRo about the events of their day, which the system then records and analyzes. Following this, PaPeRo searches for suitable multi-media contents on the Internet, including images, illustrations and music, which are automatically uploaded and edited along with a video recording of the user’s blog. This new system facilitates ease of multi-media-rich blog creation.”

“The novel system has been realized by integrating (1) large-vocabulary, continuous speech recognition technology, which converts the speech content of the video message into text and extracts important keywords, and (2) natural language, text retrieval technology, which enables searching of contents on the Internet.”

PaPeRo is scheduled to demonstrate its new bloging capabilities at the Conference of the Association of Natural Language Processing on March 20th in Shiga, Japan.

Believe it or not — 416 MegaPixel camera

Never one to let a pixel go unused, digital imaging company BetterLight has raised the bar on ridiculously high-resolution cameras yet again, busting out its new top-end, 416-megapixel Super10K-HS model at the big PMA trade show. Like the company's other mega megapixel wonders, the Super10K-HS isn't a digital camera itself, but a so-called “scanning back” that attaches to high-end, large-format cameras for tasks like photographing paintings and other stationary objects.

They need to be stationary 'cause shooting a single photo at the full 416-megapixel resolution takes upwards of two minutes, effectively working more like a scanner than a digital camera. Once it's finished, however, you've got a 10,200 x 13,600 pixel image to do as you please with, clocking in at a file size of about 794MB. Anyone remotely considering getting one had better start saving up (or working on a pitch for the boss), with this monster set to demand a hefty $22,995 when it's released at the end of the month.

Toothbrush Uses Solar Panels and Semiconductors

Brushing your teeth has now become a very sophisticated and technological operation, with a new product launched in Japan by Shiken called Soladey-3. A great optical technology was employed in this high-tech toothbrush– the Soladay-3 toothbrush has a semiconductor embedded in its neck, and a solar panel in the foot of the grip.

The toothbrush works by electrons from the black semiconductor, when wet and exposed to any light, trying to take hydrogen ions from the acid in the plaque. The toothbrush requires only very little toothpaste, has a replacable head and comes in orange, blue, red and purple grips. The company claims that in research where a regular toothbrush and Soladey-3 were soaked in an s-mutans bacterial solution and then left in petri dishes for 48 hours, the Soladey dish showed no bacterial remains whereas the regular toothbrush’s petri dish showed a colony of bacteria.

The toothbrush is currently patent-pending in Japan, USA, Korea, China, Taiwan and Europe. Getting rid of plaque on teeth has therefore now grown from a boring daily routine feat to a futuristic scientific operation using solar panels and semi-conductors.
