Most of us make use of our computers in playing media like movies and songs . For me this is the thing i do most of the time in my PC. I have been using different softwares for Playing DVDs , MP3, Ripping DVDs , Converting videos and Audio. I have more than 10 softwares to do these tasks in my computer. I think you also have similar number of softwares. Can you think of one software which can do all this stuff. Yes i have found one cool software today which does all these Media related things – Just one Software to serve you all media requirements. The software name is Blaze Media Pro . I primarily use this software as audio converter and video encoder .

As usual i sometimes talk about good sites and blogs that i find in this internet cloud and share with you guys in here. Yesterday, I found a software and firefox extensions that I hadn’t heard of in the past. The two extensions that you shouldn’t miss are the Best Extensions for Firefox and the Google Cache Checker Firefox Extension. This extension is not heavy, and superior functioning lodging suitedly in the rank bar. More importantly , it shows a checkmark icon, if not a red X will be shown. One of the other cool software i found yesterday and enjoyed is Blaze Media Pro . The software can set aside lots of assets. I say so because it is a night all in one audio and video transformer for iPod, PSP, 3GP,FLASH, MPEG 1 AND 2, OGG, AVI, MP3, WMV, MOV, WMA and CD. All of this good stuff i found in a new but very impressive Gadget review site named Gadget Advisor . The site design seems very cool and elegant and navigation is also convenient. I have subscribed to this blogs RSS to my reader and will be in synch with its Gadget reviews which will help me choose the next Gadgets i am planning to buy . Not only that but it will also improve my knowledge also.

I recently had an idea of creating an online Diary. I have maintained the habit a writing in my personal Diary since i was in 8th Standard ( been more than 11 years now WOW… ) . I have been really busy and LAZY to write into my Personal Diary these days. I find myself with computers most of the time in daily basis. This is the main and only reason i decided to have an online Diary . Today i created a WordPress blog with one of my personal domain . I would be maintaing my Personal papered Diary too. But online diary is when i feel bored to write into my paper diary and when i find attached to computers .

I had a simple journey doing this but it took me some time to find how to disable people viewing my private blog and allowing only to the logged in People  ( that will be only me .. ) . but later with some searching i found a great plugin for this purpose called “Private Only” .

These are the simple steps i did.

1. Downloaded and Uploaded latest version of WordPress

2. Set up the database for WordPress and Installed it.

3. While installing unchecked the checkbox where it says ” Allow search engines to index my blog” . ( Privacy). This can also be done from WordPress Admin panel in Privacy tab.

4. Applied this beautiful personal touch theme named Notepad Chaos.

5. Then installed the Private Only plugin .

Done.
