May be the Nepalese authorities also learn something from this, given the scenario of growing parking problems. This is a nice idea.

honestly speaking i think it looks like a ufo maybe the designer of that building likes ufo so much dont get me wrong but also it looks like a clams to me piled on top of each other

All other countries should learn from china. But what if there is another quake in china? This kind of parking area saves lot of space & capital.
