What happens in case even proxies are blocked by firewall? Are there any other ways to access such blocked sites?

    http://www.pagemod.com

    goto the site:
Enter URL in the box and
BROWSE!! and FAST too. They have got multiple Dedicated Servers Running
    This website 100% not blocked

Also they have a secure server mode https://www.pagemod.com
Even Email and group Subscription to get updates on new domains
so to be sure you can access.. even if their primary domain gets blocked
    No restrictions!!

If any thing goes wrong and you cannot access the site.send email to report@pagemod.com to settle the issue.
Everything is done to bypass most filters and firewalls..like deleting words like myspace, orkut, proxy etc
from the content of the page.

Oh, i must not condemn proxy servers but they are not of much help. Because, they tends to get blocked sooner or later. Someone already commented here,he put all these links on his blocklist. Now, sooner or later all proxies will get blocked.

Even those sites which are proxy-fying are begging for money, everything getting commercialized.

Instead of checking each of this link one by one if it would work or not, why not hope for a service which will hide us from other side of world and keep change our location everytime we re-start the browser?

what do you say? check this link http://www.meroguff.com/2007/07/protect-your-privacy-be-anonymous.html
(Hunt for proxies ends if you follow my above tutorial)

If you want to send anonymous mails, why not check this link
    http://www.meroguff.com/2007/07/anonym-mailer-v30.html

hope this could be of some help to you. :)

hem sir, those links would be a great help for people where their ISP hasnot blocked them yet. :)

The problem with alot of proxy sites is that they have “proxy” in their name and its basically a dead giveaway for filters. Also increasingly words like “hide” and “unblock” are becoming filtered as well. Web blockers are getting more sophisticated.
